SpaceSail LLC offers a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked.
EU/EEA/UK Residents — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact sotlime@proton.me with a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- First-time subscription purchases
- Refund request submitted within 7 days of payment (or 14 days for EU/EEA/UK residents)
- Whether or not the Software has been installed
Not eligible for refund:
- Subscription renewals (only initial purchase)
- Purchases made after the applicable refund period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Chargebacks or disputed charges (please contact us first)
How to Request a Refund
Email sotlime@proton.me with:
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Your license key (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Reason (optional but helps us improve)
Processing Timeline
- Response: Within 24 hours (business days)
- Refund issued: 1–2 business days after approval
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Bank processing: 5–10 business days to appear on statement
After Refund
- Software access terminates immediately
- License key deactivated automatically
- All active devices disconnected
- You may purchase ClipDeck again in the future
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for:
- Unused portions of current billing cycle
- Downgrades mid-cycle
Instead, cancel before next billing to avoid future charges.
Disputed Charges
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact sotlime@proton.me. We typically resolve billing issues within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.
